When can I expect to receive my shipment?

 All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24hrs of the order being placed. Shipping times for free standard shipping are shown below for each country. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.

Which countries do you ship to?


Currently, we do ship for the above countries for (Free Standard Shipping). We do also offer (Express Shipping via DHL 3-7 business days to all countries). But in case your country may not be supported by our logistics, we will inform you right away and make necessary changes to your order.  Please Note: All orders placed to UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Saudi Arabia need to include a Post Office Box as a part of their address. This is a requirement for the local postal service.

All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a re-shipping fee.

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email info@promixxer.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout.



How can I change my Shipping Address?



Changing of address is only allowed on or before 12:00 pm (GMT+3) on the same day of placing an order. You may contact us via info@promixxer.com to request for such changes.



Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?



Yes, it is possible.



How is my order shipped?



Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
